| What is the minimum hire time ? | The minimum hire time is 8 hours. |
| Is fuel included in the hire price ? | The fuel is included when hiring a JCB 2CX or a JCB 3CX with a THP driver. |
| What happens if I need to extend the hire time ? | THP will try to accommodate changes in your schedule, simply contact the office. |
| Are all your drivers fully qualified ? | Yes, all THP drivers hold a current CPCS certificate. |
| If a machine suffers a puncture who is liable ? | All punctures are the hirer's responsibility. |
| If a machine breaks down will I still have to pay ? | Down time is not charged for. THP will also carry out repairs as soon as possible. |
| Are there special rates for weekends or Bank Holidays ? | Yes, Saturdays are considered overtime, Sundays and Bank Holidays are double time. |
| Are there special evening or overnight rates ? | Yes, evenings and overnight are considered overtime. |
| When do I have to pay ? | THP requires a cheque for the first hire. As soon as a working relationship develops we may offer you an account. |
